NovaUnit Support

After registering, your account needs to be approved by your building's management team before you can access the app. You will receive a push notification once your account is approved. If you have been waiting more than 48 hours, please contact your building management office directly.

Your building needs to be registered on NovaUnit by its management company before residents can sign up. If your building is not listed, please ask your MCST or managing agent to contact us at hello@novabranch.co to get set up.

Unit numbers are configured by your building's management team. If your unit is missing, please contact your building management office and ask them to add it. You can also email us at support@novabranch.co with your building name and unit number.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link by email. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Tap the Submit a Service Request button on the Home screen, or tap the + tab at the bottom of the app. Fill in the title, category, and description, and optionally attach up to 5 photos or 1 video. Tap Submit Request to send it to your management team.

You will receive a push notification whenever your building management team posts an update to your service request. Make sure notifications are enabled for NovaUnit in your phone's Settings app. You can also check the status at any time in the Requests tab.

Please check the following:

On iPhone: Go to Settings → NovaUnit → Notifications and ensure notifications are enabled.
On Android: Go to Settings → Apps → NovaUnit → Notifications and ensure notifications are allowed.

Also check that your phone is not in Do Not Disturb or Focus mode. Try signing out and signing back in — this refreshes your notification token.

Go to the Profile tab, tap the pencil icon next to your phone number, enter the new number, and tap Save.

Go to the Building tab and tap on the facility you want to book. Select a date on the calendar, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You will receive a push notification once management confirms or updates your booking. You can view and cancel upcoming bookings from the same screen.

Go to the Community tab and tap the + button. Choose a category (For Sale, Lost & Found, or Recommendation), fill in the details, and optionally add a photo. Posts are visible to all verified residents of your building and automatically expire after 30 days.

Go to the Building tab, find your booking under your booking history, and tap the trash icon to cancel. You can only cancel bookings that are in a tentative or pending state. If your booking is already confirmed, please contact your building management team directly.

No. NovaUnit allows one account per unit to keep building records clean and accurate. If multiple family members need access, they can share the same login credentials. If you need to transfer the account to a new resident, please contact your building management office.

You can delete your account directly from the app. Go to the Profile tab, scroll to the Danger Zone section, and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm by entering your unit number. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
